Product Introduction
SMARTEK's latest plate mounted Giganetix camera can be better integrated into OEM equipment and applied in space limited areas. Having a 15cm cable, a single motherboard, and a remote chip powered by Ethernet (PoE) makes camera applications more flexible. The remote chip and motherboard include processing and data interface electronic devices, which have the same platform as our existing Giganetix industrial camera series. The camera has a flexible and customized service structure, functionality, and integrated I/O expansion interface, providing customers with a fast and cost-effective solution that can meet personalized needs.
The Giganetix camera series boasts top-notch graphics quality, minimal noise, and comprehensive feature settings options. The selection range of image sensors includes: 4 Aptina CMOS sensors, 10 Sony CCD sensors and 3 Truesense Imaging CCD sensors ensure that we can provide corresponding camera modes in almost all machine vision systems. A trigger delay of 2 µ s and 2 input and 2 output ports provide optimal synchronization between the camera array and LED flash. These camera designs utilize industry standards (C-mount lens adapters, Hirose plug, RJ45 plug is suitable for CAT5e or CAT6 control lines, which can significantly reduce the cost of machine vision systems.
■ Trigger delay of only~2 µ s, jitter error less than 0.5 µ s
■ Partial scanning, extraction of regions of interest, image grading
■ Superior hot links, low power consumption
■ Superior seismic resistance
■ Suitable for C/C++SDK, Windows and Linux
■ Hardware and software compatible with GigE Vision and Gen Cam
■ Ethernet cable transmission distance up to 100 meters
■ Plug and play, connect your camera to Ethernet
■ Two input and two output channels for optoelectronic isolation
